Sponsors
Employers sponsor the NCL to help them build and support our mission to grow a diverse cybersecurity workforce. Through sponsorship, talent acquisition teams gain access to a talent pipeline of over 15,000 students who participate in NCL every year.
NCL is a 501(c)3 non-profit focused on building a diverse, cyber workforce. Your tax-deductible sponsorship of NCL not only helps your organization reach talented candidates, but it also funds professional development activities and provides financial support to underrepresented groups within the cybersecurity industry.
22%
of cybersecurity graduates participate in the NCL.

Our Demographics
How Are Sponsors Involved?
Recruiter Pitch Day
Recruiter Pitch Day is an online session where recruiters from NCL Sponsors will have five minutes each to “pitch” their open job roles.
Hundreds of students from the NCL Community attend the event, giving hiring teams direct access to high caliber students with hireable cyber skills.
“I was able to have a broader reach to a diverse group of candidates in five minutes than most in-person events.”
- Katie Boudreau, Director of Cyber Talent, Mastercard
Scholarships
Student scholarships provide financial support to members of the NCL Community as they complete their education. Sponsors can establish a named scholarship and NCL will market and manage the applications.
Following the award of the scholarships, our team will create impact stories that highlight the Sponsors and scholarship recipients on the NCL social media pages and in the NCL newsletter.
“By building access for diverse populations into cyber activities, NCL’s collaboration with One In Tech is a good model of creating diversity and inclusion in cyber career pathways.”
- Ginger Spitzer, Executive Director, One In Tech (an ISACA Foundation)
Mentorship Program
Employees from NCL Sponsors participate as mentors to support the careers of future cyber professionals, with a clear focus on providing guidance to students from Minority Serving Institutions. Together through mentorship programs, we can directly support diversity, equity, and inclusion in the cybersecurity industry.
“Together, we help encourage students of all backgrounds and experiences to feel confident to pursue their career aspirations.”
- Monica Ipong, Director of Global Recruiting, CrowdStrike
